The NCSE has appointed Ms Siobhan Kearney as its HQ Access Officer. She can arrange extra help for people with disabilities who wish to use the NCSE's information and services including local services.
NCSE also has a network of Special Educational Needs Organisers (SENOs) throughout the State. SENOs will assist persons with special educational needs arising from disabilities in accessing information and appropriate educational services in their areas. Contact details for your local SENO.
The Disability Act 2005 requires every public body to have a least one Access Officer. If you need help to use the NCSE's information and services, you can contact Siobhan Kearney by phone at (046) 948 6410 or by sending an email to accessofficer@ncse.ie or you may contact the SENO for your area.
If you are have a complaint about accessing NCSE services and information please contact Siobhan Kearney NCSE Access Officer. Siobhan will assist you in dealing with the issue. If it is not possible to resolve the matter and you wish to make a written complaint, Siobhan will refer your complaint to the responsible person who will consider it and respond to you.
